Shumer is okay with fascism, he's wealthy, white, and powerful, hes fine, his donors will also be fine more or less under fascism, they really have very little to actually worry about, So long as the masses don't rise up against government. Which libs are all too resistant to do, leadership defangs.

I think he hates fascism too, but he’s too old to grasp how this regime is operating- lawless and unprecedented, unpredictable and dangerous. His modus operandi is so outdated. He must resign and give progressives the reigns.

I think far too many folks are more charataiable than our political "leaders" deserve. I think you are far too quick to assume good intentions for the folks who take bribes from wealthy oligarchs.
