Start of the academic year for me, so down to business. Wearing socks is rubbish. I don't like the dark either, but I'm going to try and change my perception of it. Protecting, nurturing, awash with possibilities. : )

On Mondays in my 50s I used to remind myself we were 1 wk closer to the next holiday, and there'd be 1 more wk's deposit in the retirement kitty - which would be spent on pub lunches and days out when the time came. Every start to the new academic year now features a pub lunch! Dreams do come true!

One of the worse weather apps is the BBC - I don’t think it’s ever right! Accu weather is a bit better. 😊
The Met Office is not as good as it used to be either. I know BBC have/are going to, switch back to Met Office instead of Meteo.
I got rid of the Met office one a while ago. 🤷 maybe I’ll just look out of the window it might be more accurate! 🤣
