I don’t get this reasoning, a lot of states are not going to maximize redistricting, there are local currents against doing so, I think NE already ruled it out. The republicans are doing it already, the most MAGA states will, with FL and TX leading the way, and we just shouldn’t try 🤷🏻‍♂️
