I had the same question a while back. Seems it's to share visual arts or photography of all sorts with like-minded people. "ECK is a multi disciplinary arts collective based around camaraderie and the visual arts on BlueSky, anyone can join from anywhere in the world!"

It's a list you can ask to join (see @eastcoastkin-ac.bsky.social) or you can simply use the hashtag. There is also a feed for posts by those on the list. The camaraderie is very Post-like. Content is more weighted towards photography/arts and less on politics.
