These guys aren't cops. Last year, many of them were in jail for beating people up at the U.S. capitol. Others were beating up inmates at the local prison where they were working as a guard, or they were beating up people who'd skipped bail.
Not only are these goons masked they often have no warrant, no probably cause, no id. They are violent towards anyone including peaceful demonstrators, disabled people, US veterans, US citizens, landscapers and farmers. ICE are cowards. Their new budget suggests they are aiming for mass detentions.

Agreed. My parents never had to sit down and have “the talk” with me about cops like virtually every Black and brown family must do. That alone says everything you need to say about the police who remain the runaway slave patrols with fancier weaponry and similar social skills.

Law enforcement eroded the people’s trust decades ago when they started expecting us to accept being put in harms way by them in the name of “officer safety”. They CONSTANTLY offload the risk inherent to the job, which they chose, onto the public. Our police are bottom rung scum, as people go.

Officials of a legitimate State NEVER conceal their identities. They are acting on behalf of the Chief Magistrate. Their identities as sworn officers of the law are part of their authority. People dressing up in police outfits are not police.
You need to start directing state law enforcement to stop them. They are overstepping their legal authority and you need to treat them like the criminals they are.
One of them is going to find out the hard way that Arizona is a Constitutional Carry state.
