Empowerment Scholarship Accounts are not adequately monitored and expenses charged to the accounts are often not necessary. They are just one way the AZ legislature defunds public schools.

Kris continues to kick a$$ on every front. AZ Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) has NEVER BEEN HELD ACCOUNTABLE even when only for special education students who had participated in public ed for 1 yr & could then opt for private school often to address their disability, b4 they opened 2 all.
