They apologized for blowing me off and "being a bad friend", I said I wasn't going to keep reaching out if they weren't going to reciprocate. I messaged them in 2021, they read it and never responded, I never followed up. I miss talking to them.

I may have found their number, which wasn't an intentional move on my part, but I was just trying to see if they were okay. I don't know if I should text them or not.
