There are definitely two types of readers: those who wish autJoe’s would shut up and write (like they wanted the Chicks to shut up and sing, or like they wanted Kaep to shut up and play), and those who want/demand more of authors’ ethics and morals.

Tbh, if publishers want their authors to shut up, they shouldn’t use social media presence/following as a metric when deciding whether or not to pick up a given manuscript. But there I go with my logic.
