For me, I’m usually most motivated to do things for others. And if people do something that would make most people angry, it usually makes me feel sad that the situation exists. 2/4

So while I feel very little anger and thus don’t need to control it for the most part, I’ve noticed that this has resulted in a lack of practice with anger management and when I do get angry (rarely… like a once a year sort of situation), I can’t keep my emotions in check. 3/4

Seems like a recipe for disaster, but luckily I’m also averse to violence, so angry outbursts are limited to yelling, or storming off. Very infrequent, so it’s not been a problem in my life, but still I don’t like the fact that I’ve lost control in the first place. 4/4
