They also said illegal migration is a crime. It sort of is: F1st offense carries up to 6 months in prison and a fine. Trouble is, less than 0.1% of illegal migrants are in prison and the fine is less than for overtime parking in most places. So, is it a crime? Sure, like overtime parking is a crime.
