There is one more detail as well. If there are two of the same letter in a row, in an answer, a single instance of that letter will replace it. example. Cup OF urinE = COFE = COFFEE. The other consideration, is that there are words that are taken to be equal to the correct answer, which is sometimes used as well. It seems all of the GAMETEK games are programmed like this, as you can use these same glitches in Jeopardy as well.

given how they had to fit an acceptably functional text recognition system into a game that had to fit into a couple of megabytes, i wouldn't call these "glitches"; more like "exploits" the game isn't malfunctioning; it's functioning as intended, just its intended function is counterintuitive
