In elections that can have <1% difference in voting totals, there will ALWAYS be >1% who will not vote for a woman or for someone not straight. Pete is wonderful & a dream candidate but we cannot afford the bigoted 1%. I think we need Newsom. Hopefully whoever it is will bring Pete along.
