Studies were published talking about the safest seats... there is no safest seat as airflow in the cabin tends to be chaotic before reaching the exhaust fan... best might be the cockpit...

Please note any overpressure in the cabin will be released by a valve but that doesn't guarantee the air is cleaned in the cabin.

so I looked up the specs for the fan and couldn't find precise specs so I guesstimated... without bleed air (on the ground) we are looking at 1.13 ACH... which seems very low... take with a huge grain of salt
