I think the same thing about 7/11 cashiers
Specifically a barbershop-style hat and suit
🤔
Also, they should have to bring the water and orange slices and the after-game treat.
Finally someone has the courage to say this!! I’m sick of these kids showing up to their first day of work wearing shorts and sneakers.
If an alien watched the draft they would be so confused about the baseball hat. Assuming its a piece of the uniform, it is not. Assuming the team on the hat is your team, not always. And the fact that it seems half the players have no idea how to wear one
And stop running and jumping on the nice wood floor. Show some class for God's sake.
Tie also… A real one too, knot & all. None of this clip-on bullshit.

Or else we trade you, for cash
And while we’re at it, baseball needs more unspoken rules. Batters should bow to the pitcher at each at bat and apologize for every hit. In the event of a home run they must fall to their knees sobbing while asking forgiveness. Respect the game or take a heater to da grill
I think they should have to wear the teams jersey of the hat they put on for a year as well. Even if the pick was trade 9 times before they ever collect a check.
A different hat for each month of the season. January is Sombrero Month, shooting percentages may suffer, but it's part of the curve.
I feel like Grady Dick would wear his draft night suit to play if they let him
Specifically one of the enormous early-2000s suits
First season all they do is serve food
It's a foul if you let the hat get knocked off.
