May I guess? Not enough flavor? I love a good au gratin potato, but when bland they disappoint.

And I’ve only ever had hers, so I don’t have anything to compare them to. I’ve never liked au gratin potatoes, BECAUSE I’ve only ever had hers. Never mind that I naturally prefer Asian food to European food.

It’s just potatoes and cheese and way too greasy. Like so greasy that it makes you kind of wanna … in your mouth a little bit.

I’ve never watched her make it, so I cannot verify this, but imagine a cheesy rue with way too much fucking butter. And no spices, or onions. Basically no flavor. So yeah, cheesy greasy potatoes. 🤢
