the fraud he committed you also don't care that he is taking illegal actions as president. even here, you are saying that asking the president to obey the law is disdain for the law. you don't think law applies to republicans, like trump you view it as a tool to punish those you dislike

The fraud he committed…you mean the first time EVER that NYC prosecuted that because of an insane AG who didn’t want justice, just a scalp. The NY appeals court overturned the penalty last week AND allowed for appeal on the conviction itself. When that happens, what do you have?

appeal of a conviction is a right, allowing it is literally required by law

And when it is overturned, I bet bottom dollar you will still run around and say it was unjust overturn and he still committed fraud…the hypocrisy from the left in these matters is off the charts.

if it isn't overturned you're still going to defend him and bitch about the unjust courts if it is overturned I might address the content of the decision. And, yes, I will absolutely say that my opinion is that doing the things he did objectively satisfies the elements of the law

I do like the idea is that I don't care about the law and am a hypocrite because I read the law and form an opinion based on the law and facts

When Paul Krugman, as well as Democrat politicians are saying breaking the mortgage law is no big deal…that tells me they don’t care about the law. Did you see the documents, still think there is no evidence?

Can you point to where Krugman said breaking the law is no big deal, because I'm coming up short

He said it was equivalent to cheating on a 3rd grade exam. Any intelligent person would take that and translate it as “no big deal”.

you're the one that said it's no big deal to break NY law regarding someone who was actually convicted of the crime. I'll look for the Krugman piece, but given that you made the allegation here broadly about Cook protecting her rights I doubt you are accurately describing it

yes, I saw the documents, and as I already addressed they don't show what you claim. You just don't understand what they are and you fully bought into the claims of Pulte even though he has lied multiple times in his various accusations

They absolutely do what I claim. She knowingly claimed primary home in multiple mortgages. Primary = 1, not more than one. I lived in two different states for awhile and for tax and legal reasons only ONE can be your primary residence. There’s a reason she isn’t denying her fraud

No, I said it was the first time EVER that such a novel approach was used to target someone for political reasons. No one was defrauded, not the bank who was paid back in full, on time. There was NO Fraud! Meanwhile, Cook and Tish actually DID commit mortgage fraud.

You’re using two different standards for fraud here. You’re also treating allegations, not even criminal charges, as having more merit than a conviction Btw, the claims about James are even more absurd. The evidence shows clearly she didn’t commit fraud
