Illegal aliens don’t have the right to the same level of due process as citizens and permanent residents. Some have no right to due process of any kind.

The Constitution guarantees fair treatment under the law. By what is fair treatment does not apply equally to every person present in the US. If it did, then every illegal would be entitled to a full trial. They are not. They are entitled to a hearing. And for those who have overstayed their Visas

or have a current deportation order, they don’t get that. Others, like those who are found within a certain distance of the border get immediately removed. Circumstances matter. Sorry, but you are wrong.
