I'm not familiar with good time in Kentucky, but baseline would be 2 years and maybe less. Not counting parole(didn't look into it). But, it won't be as much time as deserved or sentenced.

Thanks. Yep I'm wondering about the regime swooping in and pardoning or otherwise reducing the sentence for political reasons.
