I prefer the b&w with the setting
The struggle is real
it absolutely is, though I'm increasingly drawn to bw .. but always shooting in colour so I retain as much info as possible for the conversion. I'm an inveterate tweaker of bw conversion, which has its own pathology.
I mean the BW conversion on this photo is excellent! It has such great tonality. Both versions are so good.
thanks. I can never do it simply with a bw layer; the conversion is always a group of layers, bw, curves, often also levels. And always a recolour to warm it, which can have a surprising impact on perceived tonality.
