yeah I'm less shocked by the skin itself. My parents are the same age. Dad is generally in very good health, but is on blood thinners and his skin has frequent goth sunset splotches, even when there wasn't anything as blatant as an injection at the site.
the weirder part is the makeup, because he clearly has no one touching him and no idea how terrible this looks. and yes, his face already for a long time, but this is even more obvious
AND yes that it's been that same hand repeatedly/consistently for quite some time, so it does seem likely he gets regular injections. could be anything from saline to speedballs, frankly
