I deactivated my account earlier this evening because i really am not in the right head space right now.. But it felt wrong so i reactivated it again. Truly hope that things will get better soon.

I’ve been doing that a lot during the week and then I reactivate on the weekend… I felt over stimulated, and distracted. I think breaks are important.

Breaks are def important. My head space being what it is, isn't bcs of Bluesky though but limiting social media sometimes itself is important too.

Oh my mine wasn’t either. Just with everything I had going on, Bluesky was just another thing at the time and my resources were just… at empty. So I just decided I could just shut that down at least and see if it helped.
