I see kids of 5 to 10 on these all the time here in the Netherlands too. I do not get it and its dangerous. What are these parents thinking? To top it off theyre cheaper than normal electric bycicles.

I cannot imagine a young kid riding this. Omg. Not really related, but somewhat: These are the things I see everywhere and I HATE them. They’re annoying and people try to drive them like race cars. I’ve almost been run off the road.
