Farage never mentions: A) Scrapping the ECtHR strips all of us of our rights. B) More effort needs to be put into foreign policy and overseas development and aid to raise human rights abroad and reduce displacement. C) He's a US/Russian useful idiot and mentally ill tbh.
Journalists should do a lot more cross examination of farage, including asking him about the impact of Brexit on small boat crossings. No doubt he will drone on about leaving ECHR etc etc
Farage abuses the "live" format and/or hogs the mic. They could pause any footage and a fact checker could come on and explain how he's talking bullshit, or cut his mic off. Instead the likes of the BBC et al short-circuit all protection mechanisms.
Totally right. I’ve never understood why they don’t do that on TV political debates. I’ve seen it at hustings.
