He fixed the voting machines and then slithered away. He wanted Trump in office for his contracts and to stop the spying of all his various tentacle off-shoot companies impropriety. And he wanted those GOVT contracts renewed AND no taxes. The fix was in as soon as he stepped onto the stage.

Let us also not forget that his minions data mined all US Citizens (and others) data out of all the data banks they could get their hands on- which was all of them with exception perhaps of CIA in VA.
