Thats a really in depth question. Linked the white papers. They are armored. They get in the way of the first gun in the first hand they identify. They are indiscriminate. Incapable of discerning friend from foe. So any hand, any gun. They work in groups. Also great for stopping mass shootings

Yes. With the understanding that the drones are expected to be destroyed in the process. The objective is to slow a shooter down long enough to be stopped.
