Keep him. He’s a great defender all around the infield and his at bats are continuing to improve.

Not a great defender up the middle at all

Baseball savant would not agree. They put him at 0 OAA (outs above average) at 2B. Considering he’s learning on the fly, not bad. My eye tells me to disagree with your “not great” assertion as well. He has a higher ceiling than Koss or Fitzgerald. I like what I see in Koss too.

He's currently negative there, and has been negative in range metrics in every season at an up the middle position. He just doesn't cover a lot of ground laterally. His best tools are his arm and hands which don't get to shine a lot at 2B
