Makes sense, but that’s a military base. The Governor has nothing to do with it — and Dumbleavy sucks anyway. Were the flags lowered on all federal property?

The office of the president did order the flags lowered for the same reason, it probably just didn’t get top billing in the news. Maybe state governments didn’t wait for the federal order?
