Sorry, San Francisco Bay Area native here — I frickin’ love garlic bread made with sourdough. But, even here in the den of sourdough iniquity, we haven’t managed to suppress the white bread hordes invading our shelves and even, *gasp*, our restaurants and bakeries (the “fancy” version). 🤷🏻‍♀️

As a Frenchman, this is a declaration of war on carbs itself.

As a diabetic I'd like to see fancier bread done with lower carbs. I'm tired of boring sandwiches since they only make low carb in very few varieties.
