tactically would that even be a good priority though? So much new potential to the left of Labour in progressive urban seats that didn't exist a year ago. Potentially worth sacrificing some of the other stuff in 2029

Potentially though they've done better in more Tory areas than in progressive urban seats over the last few years.

I think that's more a function of where the party has chosen to target than any inherent Green voting tendencies of the local electorate. If the political landscape changes, so will the target seats.
