They won't cover politicians, They will cover voters anger at their member of Cong, People living in the state can. Examples of actions that will get attention. Focus on one or 2 issues.The end of accountability, the claw back of funds from the state for policing, long term care, and Medicaid.

How much are we states losing in promised funding for state and local law enforcement? Are they cutting law enforcement finding so they can create an emergency requiring intervention? If you are a member of a state or national charity you could check to see if they are losing funding.

A joint press conference by people or families dealing with a mental health problem, the police who are forced to intervene if there are no community, mental health services, and advocacy groups will have an impact. Substituting politicians with mental health Prof will get attention.

Focus on what you can change or at least try to change, Politicians are supposed to represent the interests of the people who elected them. They can and should speak up and use available tools.
