Again, the process is found in The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act. Used by every president since it was passed in 1997. People need to inform themselves about the laws being used and not what they think the law should be.

You should try following your own advice, because, again, that law only allows for expedited removal under circumstances that do not apply to Abrego Garcia and he is entitled to full due process.
