Good point but at least we have SPCA. Guess that’s what they don’t have. The spca in my city is so good!! But you’re right.

They have loads of animal charities. A big one: www.peopleforanimalsindia.org In most areas, the community will look after the street dogs and cats. Even when they themselves have next to nothing.
