Can confirm. I have an Investigator in one of my groups that does this. When they're not being the party medic, they're just mopping the floor with people.

Especially with a Cobbled firearm. Goblin Investigator with an off-hand Big Boom for when you have a crit in your back pocket and want to make it count.
