There are protesters, and then there are a small group of people that want to use the crowd size as a shield to do their own thing: tagging, vandalizing, stealing, violence. If we don't separate the two in our minds and in our approaches we will be grouped into the latter.

The latter is also a valid response to a police state, and is often times the only reason anyone cares about the former group. Dr. King was only successful because of the threat of a more militant Black response. Do what’s comfortable to you, but stop trying to police how others protest.

Actually, I think that is very likely. With Trump we know that every accusation is a confession and he mentioned that he thought that they were paid agitators.
