$600 billion in U.S. investments and $750 billion in U.S. energy. That's over a trillion and doesn't even take into account the NATO deal to up spending on defense to 5% of GDP for all member states (which ultimately ends up going, largely, to the US).

The investment clause you are referring to are actually investment intents by the private sector, and are not binding in any way. So on one side of the equation, Americans WILL pay the tarifs. One the other side EU MAY invest 1.4 trillions. WHAT A GREAT DEAL!!

Dude. I agree the figures are inflated. But you think EU businesses aren’t upping U.S. purchases because of tariffs? Or that the EU won’t smooth regulations or incentivize them to buy from the U.S.?

Honnêtement j'espère que l'UE a fait comme Trump pour ce deal : mentir. Si ce n'est pas le cas les Européens vont être clairs dans leurs votes pour montrer que leur travail et leur production n'ont pas pour objectif d'engraisser les US mais de préserver des systèmes sociaux que détestent les 🤠 et 🤑
