Just heard that Finnish post will not be sending mail to US because of the tariff nonsense, and countries around the world will be following suit. I wonder if this applies to, I dunno, mail-in ballots from US citizens overseas?

Only applies, at least in the stories for other countries, to parcels over a certain value - shouldn’t impact letters. Likely to be packages between $100-$800.
