I should have said downplayed it rather than ignored it. They definitely made a conscious decision to downplay it and that was one of many terrible decisions by Democratic consultants.

Harris won people who paid attention to credible news sources by large margins, but she lost non-engaged voters by large margins. The biggest problem facing the Democrats is an inability to reach voters in this media environment. That is a party failure.
