The wealthy (who will gain from this bill) will not be impacted by rural hospitals and nursing homes closing. They don't live in rural areas of the nation. They also have private healthcare & can go anywhere to get the care they need.

Many times those facilities are the largest employer in those small communities. The job loss will be devastating. There's no way for red States to make up the Medicaid shortfall either. Yes, many Trump voters (who'll blame Biden) will be fucked. Sadly, decent folks too.
