Fairly regularly I am blown away by appreciation for my local library system (and libraries in general). They don't have a digital subscription to a journal I use regularly in my work, so a librarian is going to scan the hard copy and email to me. Because THAT'S JUST WHAT THEY DO! I ❤️ libraries

Like, for real for real. Years ago I used to tutor in libraries & it was the first time it truly dawned on me- here is a building with heat or a/c, bathrooms, responsible adults, BOOKS, computers. Such a great place for kids to go after school. PROTECT LIBRARIES AT ALL COSTS!
