Can you confirm the 2000 national guard? He said that but then I saw articles saying there were 300 in LA. Did he send others to suburbs? Trying to figure it out. Thanks!

Ok, it says 300 were deployed. But it also says that they did “defend” the federal building against a small group of protestors by shooting rubber bullets and using canisters. So I guess they did do something in “defense” of the building.
