Sourdough is clearly libertarian or health quack coded if you have to assign a political dimension. Just eat whichever bread you like though, who cares, you have infinite options.

I worked as a baker back in the day and getting it to proof without the skin getting dry and looking ugly is a huge nuisance as someone with a legitimate beef with sourdough I take umbrage with that poser
