Please. Pete is saying to discount the ideology of Mamdani and set it aside. The party establishment is abandoning him because he doesn’t share their brand of politics.

Pete is explaining what *all* Democrats can learn from Mamdani. Not all Democrats can run on Mamdani's ideology. For example, a libertarian-minded state like Montana is not a great fit for his ideology. But all Dems can learn from Mamdani's focus on affordability and his way of engaging voters.
