3/3>> Point #3 is just a statement of fact. I’m sure they DID provide guidance on platforms. So what? That guidance likely included “don’t use Signal” but she doesn’t say that part.
Also some CYA in case she’s accused of lying. I’m not sure she’s smart enough to have written this carefully crafted statement. In fact I’m surprised that there are any lawyers left in the administration smart enough to have done so.
