Absolutely correct. You don’t break them first but when they do you assume those rules no longer apply or you lose. Those are your choices. Yay Newsome for abandoning when they go low we go high crap. This is a fight for democracy. Our forefathers got their hands dirty time we do also NONVIOLENTLY!

I like this attitude much better than the “we’ve got to respect norms” approach of the last 4 1/2 years. We are in a war.
