We need to restructure elections to fit the 21st century. Use hand counted paper ballots that can't be hacked by Elon/Russia during voting or counting. One person one vote. Term limits, age limits. Neutral grid for districts. Abolish Citizen United. Vet the candidates, no felons for any office.
Also, no long list of "down ballot" voting - each race to have a separate ballot paper - or, at least, a ballot that is torn apart so that each race is counted separately. In the UK, where there are multiple votes taking place at one time each separate race has its own colour-coded ballot paper.

You guys might want to have a look at how Australia organises it's elections. We have an Electoral Commission that is totally independent of any political party or government. They set the boundaries for each district, organise and run the elections and the tallying of the votes. The system works.
