As the lawyer who helped lead the effort to defeat Donald Trump's bogus lawsuits after the 2020 election, I try to imagine how different it would be right now if Fox News had said at the time that Trump lost, period. We wouldn't be dealing with election deniers staffing the White House and DOJ.
