Most that can are taking action. Key challenge is that so many of those states have higher hurdles / independent redistricting boards, so takes time. Voters in Colorado need to turn up the heat on their Governor though!

They're definitely not using their positions to the fullest extent as they can. We have a full-blown crisis and we're just not hearing much from many of them. It surprises me the storm of silence we're getting.
This isn’t true. Do a google search and you’ll find articles on every single state with a Dem governor. Many are un-newsworthy because 100% of their US Reps are already Dems. Others have real hurdles. Colorado Governor we should put more pressure on.
Yet Polis is not in favor of redistricting. I live in CO.
