Mr Elias made an incredibly important point today on BTC YT channel. He said that if the courts say mid-decade redistricting is NOT allowed then Dem states will be happy. Red states will be very mad/sad. That’s how you know they have a political (racist) agenda for doing it in the first place.

The 1963 VRA prohibited states from intentionally gerymandering districts to dilute minority votes. Which effectivly forced gerrymandering based on race. Keep fighting untill conservative hispanics become problem.
