The point for me is that he’s been so unfettered and emboldened by Trump that he’s brave enough to say things like this and to take the actions he’s taking. Trump is catalyst, when he should be a deterrent.

He doesn’t think he has many, if any, because, much like Trump, he has yet to be stopped. No country of significance has punched him in the mouth.
