Yeah, we need a blue health alliance with participation in the international community making vaccine recommendations, and we need the blue states to pressure insurance companies to pick up the tab for state or internationally recommended courses of vaccines.

California (& NY) need to seriously consider separating from the US (become their own countries). Both would be much better off financially & are well positioned to do so.
